Abstract

The article analyses the improvement of perinatal outcomes in patients with reproductive disfunction and chronic endometritis by carrying out pathogeneticly proved preparation for pregnancy. The authors carried out a clinical-statistical analysis of 56 patients’ pregnancies, childbirths and conditions of newborns. The study has shown that complex preparation for pregnancy with addition of vitamin-mineral phytocomplexes, immunomodulators promotes primary preventive maintenance of placental insufficiency, reducing a sickness rate of newborns 3,5 times.
